Recap on some basic english activities and they posted their answers using Ms.Words

Topic:
Typing using Ms. Word

Objective(s):
By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:
· Type their answers using Ms. Word
· Save their work into folderUnderstand basic English command and description


Introduction: (3 minutes)
· Give out worksheets for the students
· Get the students to write their name, class and date for today on each of the sheets

Content: (50 minutes)

Activity 1 (individuals) (10 minutes)
· Explain worksheet 1 – What and how to do Crossword “colours” and Labelling “the new house”.
· Emphasise on the usage of capital letters in answering the crossword and usage of label arrows in answering the labeling exercise

Activity 2 (pairs) (10 minutes)
· Explain worksheet 2 – What and how to do Describing Pictures “free time” and Opposites
· Emphasize on the labeling method for describing each pictures and matching each pictures to the descriptions

Activity 3 (pairs) (30 minutes)
· Explain the worksheet 3 – Joining Words
· They have to discuss the correct answer
· After discussing, one partner will type the answer using Ms. Word and save it to folder once done and one writes down the answer on the paper on the blank side of the page

Conclusion & Closure: (2 minutes)
· Students saves their work in the folder in the PC
· Students check their work (all done or not)
· Students hand in their work to teacher
